This course was so informative and engaging right from the very first module, all the way until the last. I started this course with a dream to start my very own, home-based, grooming business, having never even held a pair of grooming scissors, nor even knowing what a "blade set" was. Now I am running my own small business, I can hold and use my scissors in the correct way and am confident with bathing, drying, clipping, scissoring and styling dogs. I have purchased all of my basic equipment with help from the information provided through the course and with the support of the students on the private Facebook page. I look forward to embarking on my new journey as a self-employed dog groomer and further growing and expanding my knowledge, confidence and skills as dog groomer in the future. I highly recommend this course to anyone wanting to learn how to become a dog groomer!

Dog Grooming Diploma material was easy to read, good information on breed specific grooms, but also grooming for easy maintenance which is often requested by pet owners. It was also helpful and convenient being able to complete the course at my own pace.

Upon comparing a few similar courses, this one just stood out to me! I loved how you could read about your tutor and get to know them before beginning the course and how there was focus on being guided toward your own path in the grooming world and helping you choose what works best for you - something I didn't get from any other course. The course itself was extremely informative and the inclusion of the Facebook group really gave the sense you are apart of a community of people going through the journey with you and allows you to share ideas and achievements with others students and watch others grow their skills and businesses. Everything was well-paced, relevant and easy to understand while still being in-depth and engaging. I loved how the course focuses on learning what works best for you and teaching various options and pathways rather than teaching a straightforward procedure. I feel confident saying I've learned so much through this and have gone from someone who was anxious about picking up a pair of clippers to completing my first few grooms and excited to continue practicing and build up clients with experience!

I enjoyed doing this course, and working at your own pace was convenient. Also, when there was an issue, the response was exceptionally quick. I was also impressed with the content; I wasn't expecting such in depth coverage. There was a couple of assessment questions that were broad, and perhaps, could have been more direct to what was actually required, other than that I was happy. Let's see where this diploma takes me.

Thorough self paced comprehensive online dog grooming course. There are sufficient video references to give you the confidence to start grooming on your own.

This course is extremely successful in teaching dog grooming online! I was looking for an online dog grooming course that didn't require sending video proof of grooming dogs and I found it in this one. This course provides in depth and up to date information on dog grooming and how to set up your own business, in a user-friendly format. It encourages you to do your own research to better yourself. I enjoyed learning with Pet Courses and in the future I am planning on purchasing their dog training course.

Having a mentor and a forum to go to helped me grow confidence that I could do it. Hope I can do the course justice and apply it to real life. I am working at a salon one to two days a week now and loving it,the things I have learnt from this course are all handy material I can reflect on later.

I love how this course is set out. You can do it at your own pace and a lot of the pracs you do when you have time. It was filled with so much knowledge but didn’t overwhelm me. I felt there was so many useful tools like the business plan, dog first aid chart and pdf files you get along the way that you can refer back to which is such a bonus. I feel way more confident now starting my own dog grooming business journey. I still have a long way to go but this has been a great learning experience. I got this course half price which was great. I would have given 5 stars if I received a little welcome back or more encouragement along the way.

Really enjoyed this course. Learnt so much along the way. I started the course at the same time i started my job working with around 50 dogs. It was excellent to learn something in the module then to see it actually happen at work. It has been a great learning experience for me.

The grooming course content was relevant, interesting and very helpful. It was easy to read and follow. I have learnt so much and highly recommend. Admin are very quick to respond to any questions.

I enjoyed the course and being able to finish in my own time. The content was good and I think I learned a lot of things that work experience alone would not teach me. Some questions on the assessment could have been more clear or direct but it was still really good.
