Denise Hopkins graduated from Jacksonville University in Jacksonville, FL, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and from the University of Oklahoma with a Masters in Human Relations. She has taught classes in the Sociology of Sexuality and Marriage, as well as the Sociology of Men and Women, but her favorites have been the Childbirth Preparation classes she has taught for more than 10 years. Denise has volunteered as a birth doula and continues to help expectant parents prepare physically, emotionally, and financially for the changes pregnancy and a baby will bring.
