Joy Waters has been active in the grooming industry for many years.  For fifteen years she owned and operated a large pet care facility where approximately five thousand dogs and cats visited yearly for the services provided.

These services included pet boarding, grooming, training, breeding, retail pet shop and wholesale pet food and supplies. During that time she developed and instructed comprehensive courses in professional dog and cat grooming. Joy has since made the decision to concentrate all her time and expertise to professional groomer training, and has never looked back
