This course adds more to my knowledge of this tool. I know that it is a very powerful tool for me and my students.

I really enjoyed learning the ins and outs of Excel.  I too was excited to see that I can color code everything to help me distinguish students, common groups, and sort them by color! Even though we have a grade book program that is linked to attendance for students to see their scores, I am so excited to be able to create a meaningful grade book that allows me to view test scores over multiple terms and to track growth or to look at areas that need improvement for my students.  Having to keep track of scores for over 100 kids seems like it would take for ever to accomplish, but now having taken this course I feel that I could easily use Excel to save time, by setting up Macros for repeated steps for each class I teach.
